ENAP is expanding our Maintenance Team to support ongoing maintenance, shutdown and upgrade work across established industrial sites in SEQ. Strong workload, consistent overtime and a stable roster mean steady take-home pay, not just a steady job. What You'll Be Doing

- Preventative mechanical maintenance across plant and equipment
- Breakdown response and fault-finding in live production environments
- Mechanical repairs, component change-outs and equipment alignment
- Shutdown works, plant upgrades and installation support
- Hands-on work with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors and bearings
- Isolations, disassembly, inspection and reassembly of mechanical systems
- Working alongside qualified tradespeople on live sites

What You'll Bring

- Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitting), or equivalent
- Solid mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with rotating equipment, conveyors and plant maintenance
- White Card (essential)
- Forklift, EWP or Working at Heights tickets (advantageous)
- Dogging/Rigging tickets (highly regarded)




- A safety-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship
