What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading the Service and Pre-Delivery teams
- Managing workshop workflow with the Workshop Manager
- Monitoring technician productivity and performance
- Supporting staff development and training
- Ensuring build targets and quality standards are achieved
- Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
- Communicating delivery timelines and updates to Sales Managers
- Achieving Toyota and internal performance targets
- Identifying opportunities to improve department performance
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For





- Automotive industry management experience
- Current WA manual driver's licence
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Confident computer skills
- Automotive trade qualification (desirable)
