Lead a High-Performing Claims Administration Team
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Administration Manager (CAM) to lead a dedicated claims administration team and deliver exceptional service outcomes for our clients.
This is a leadership role where you will act as a key client contact, overseeing team performance, operational efficiency, service delivery, and stakeholder relationships. You will work closely with internal leaders and external partners to ensure claims are managed effectively, service standards are met, and continuous improvement initiatives are driven across the business.

About the Role
As the Client Administration Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of claims administration professionals while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
You will oversee operational performance, reporting, workforce planning, process improvement initiatives, and compliance activities, helping to drive both client satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing administration team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and client-focused culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
- Manage performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients,
ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate client requests and ensure service commitments and deadlines are achieved.
- Attend stakeholder meetings and provide operational insights where required.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor team performance, claims progress, and service delivery outcomes.
- Produce and analyse monthly reporting, including KPI performance and turnaround times.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the delivery of client scorecard improvements and service enhancements.
- Drive initiatives focused on one-call resolution and customer experience outcomes
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Support continuous improvement of systems, tools, and workflows.
- Ensure customer enquiries and escalations are managed promptly and effectively.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' leadership experience within insurance claims or a related environment.
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Sound understanding of quality assurance, compliance, and business processes.
