About the Role
Come and join our small, friendly city-based team and take ownership of sourcing and onboarding top candidates for major projects in the WA Pilbara and local Perth office.
Reporting into the general manager of operations, you will ensure recruitment runs seamlessly for recent hires while supporting multiple teams, Hiring Managers and the mobilisation team to ensure smooth site resourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment process for blue collar and white-collar roles
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Advertise and socialise vacancies
- Engage with and manage relationships with recruitment agencies
- Phone screen and book interviews
- Managing and tracking different processes across different departments at different stages simultaneously
- Maintain and update the recruitment system and excel tracker
- Build and manage talent pools for critical roles as needed
- Basic reporting
About You
- Experienced in both blue collar and white-collar recruitment within civil construction industry
- Minimum 2-3 years in an internal recruitment environment
- Experience working alongside mobilisation teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Great communicator with ability to build and manage positive working relationships
- Ability to pivot and respond quickly to changes
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
