An prospect for a designer or production drafter with experience using cabinet vision to join a well-established custom joinery business based in the Redlands area.

Join a small, supportive team delivering high-quality kitchens and residential joinery for renovation projects across Brisbane.

You'll be involved in every stage of the project, from initial client discussions and design development through to detailed production drawings.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing custom kitchens Cabinet Vision.
- Working directly with clients to understand their vision and keep them updated throughout the process.
- Preparing accurate production drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Liaising closely with the production team to ensure designs are accurate, buildable and delivered on time.
- Coordinating material selections, hardware and finishes.
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy and customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:





- Strong proficiency with Cabinet Vision for joinery production drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
- A good understanding of joinery construction methods and manufacturing processes
- Experience working within kitchen sales / design.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
