We are seeking an experienced Group Human Resources Manager to lead our people function across a growing national business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, support business growth and foster a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Location: Welshpool, WA

You will be responsible for:

- Partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and services.
- Managing employee and industrial relations, investigations and performance management.
- Leading recruitment, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Developing career pathways, succession planning and leadership capability.
- Driving diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Overseeing performance management, remuneration and payroll governance.
- Supporting organisational change, business integrations and workforce planning.
- Ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.

Selection Criteria





- Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and employment legislation.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A practical, commercially focused approach with the ability to operate strategically and operationally.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and business functions.
- Strong coaching relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
- Permanent unrestricted Australian working rights.
