Minus 1 Refrigerated Transport is a family-owned business in its second generation, driven by strong family values. We specialize in transporting temperature-sensitive freight across Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Transport Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis at our Minchinbury depot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing safe and efficient running of the transport operations in NSW

- Ensuring a safe and compliant work site, work environment and work practices for all staff at all times

- Maintaining full food safe and cold chain compliant processes and procedures in line with HACCP and other food safety accreditations obtained by the company

- Ensuring high customer service levels, maintaining excellent communication and relationships with customers

- Maintaining efficient operation with controlled costs

Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution or Warehousing business is preferred





- BFM accreditation preferred

- Sound knowledge and understanding of transport industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated stakeholder management and consultation skills to identify and influence desired outcomes

- Build strong working relationships to achieve objectives

- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

- High attention to detail, with excellent time management skills

- Proactive, forward thinking and the ability to problem solve

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and in a team
