Are you an experienced Project Engineer with FRP bridge experience looking for more responsibility, better money and genuine career progression?

A well-established civil contractor with a strong pipeline of bridge and infrastructure projects is looking for a capable Project Engineer to join their delivery team immediately.

This is not a role where you’ll be stuck doing paperwork in the background. You’ll be heavily involved in the delivery of projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and senior management.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering FRP bridge projects from start to finish
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
- Coordinating formwork, reo and concrete works
- Programming and tracking project milestones
- Managing QA, ITPs, RFIs and project documentation
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Cost tracking, variations and forecasting
- Resolving technical and construction issues
- Liaising directly with clients and consultants
- Supporting the PM while taking ownership of your own project responsibilities

What You Need
- FRP bridge construction experience is essential




- Previous Project Engineer experience within civil infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement and concrete
- Civil Engineering or relevant construction qualification
- Strong site and subcontractor management skills
- Good commercial and project controls understanding
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
- Ambition to progress your career
