What you’ll be doing

- Leading a team of two to four assessors and supporting their technical development/
- Be the point of expertise for any technical questions and escalations!
- Conducting and overseeing building condition assessments, compliance checks and accessibility reviews
- Acting as the technical escalation point for complex sites and detailed queries
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality across all assessment data and reporting
- Working closely with project managers to translate findings into clear, meaningful client insights
- Contributing to a high‑performing, professional assessment environment with strong standards and structured delivery

What you’ll bring

- Solid building knowledge gained through assessment, surveying, facilities or construction experience
- Strong attention to detail and confidence interpreting codes, standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to mentor,



guide and support junior assessors in a positive, structured way
- Comfortable working across varied sites and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- A proactive, organised approach and pride in delivering high‑quality technical work
- Own license and reliable vehicle, with the capacity to travel interstate at times when required
