About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong Workspace Sector experience. The ideal candidate will be confident managing clients, developing briefs, and delivering high-quality design and documentation using our core design tools, including Revit.

Our Interiors team works both independently and collaboratively, delivering projects from inception to completion. This includes producing design and technical documentation in Revit across a diverse range of sectors such as workplace, commercial, education, and retirement and lifestyle living.

Central to our success is our ability to clearly communicate design intent across multiple platforms, including Revit and Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and emerging design technologies such as VR.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute across all project stages, including concept design, client briefing, workshops, presentations, space planning,



design development, documentation, in office construction involvement, and contract administration.

Our open and light-filled Sydney studio is in the heart of the Sydney CBD, close to trains, buses, and ferries, with onsite showers for those who enjoy riding or running to work. You will become part of our fun-loving, dedicated, and creative team of Architects, Architectural Technicians, and Interior Designers.

About you:

Ideally, you have experience working in the Workspace sector and are looking for an opportunity to grow and push the boundaries on exciting projects. Furthermore, you may have had experience leading a project from end to end, ensuring all deliverables are met and that the project runs smoothly.

As a national Revit firm, you will need strong Revit skills and an ability to produce drawings up to an acceptable level for design development.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- An advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree in interior design or interior architecture
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial interior design practice
- Solid Revit skills
- An understanding of the fundamental BCA’s and related building regulations and specifications




- Strong presentation and rendering skills; experience with Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, and Rhino will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to projects
- Ability to work on more than one project as required
