Labourpower are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team in Altona.
Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue-collar recruitment environment. They would have developed the ability to build instant rapport with clients and would have fine-tuned their administration, HR/Safety and customer service skills or a willingness to learn.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is always provided
- Recruit, interview, onboard and induct candidates
- Conduct site visits, risk assessments and toolboxes for all designated clients
- Workforce rostering via our own custom designed technology
- Attend to pay queries and payroll emails promptly
- Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities
The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment, including recruitment
- Exceptional time management and highly organised
- A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
- Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume setting
- Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
- Car and license essential
- Previous FT360 experience highly regarded
