The Barn Cafe is looking for an experienced Casual Barista to join our growing team.

What we're looking for:

• Previous barista experience is essential

• Confident producing consistently great coffee in a quick-paced environment

• Friendly, positive and customer-focused

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Takes pride in keeping a clean and organised workspace

• Available to work weekends (essential)

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing quality espresso-based coffee

• Serving customers with a smile

• Assisting with café operations and food service when required

• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

• Helping create a welcoming experience for every customer
