Working closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement and Workforce Planning, you'll monitor performance, identify risks, and make real-time adjustments that optimise service levels and operational outcomes.

About this role
You'll identify emerging risks, coordinate resourcing responses, and provide actionable insights that help keep our teams performing at their best.
This is an excellent opportunity for a workforce planning professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and solving operational challenges in real time.

What you'll be doing

- Monitoring queue activity, staffing coverage, service levels and schedule adherence across sales channels
- Identifying demand, capacity and service risks and recommending recovery actions to minimise impacts
- Managing workforce schedules, leave, shrinkage and intraday staffing adjustments through workforce management systems
- Producing intraday and end-of-day reporting, analysing forecast versus actual performance, and highlighting key trends
- Partnering with operational leaders to support contingency planning, workforce optimisation and decision-making

What you'll bring

- Experience in Workforce Management, Workforce Planning or resource planning environments




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends quickly
- Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with workforce performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar workforce management platforms will be highly regarded
