We're looking for an experienced and motivated Area Manager (Cleaning) to join our team on a full-time basis, overseeing operations across the Bega and Merimbula regions.

About the Role

As an Area Manager (Cleaning), you will play a key role in leading our cleaning teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high service standards across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and supporting a team of cleaning staff

- Conducting regular client meetings to maintain strong partnerships and service excellence

- Verifying payroll information on a fortnightly basis

- Developing and managing cleaning schedules to ensure efficient service delivery





- Conducting site inspections and quality audits to maintain compliance with company standards

- Monitoring and managing cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory

- Responding to routine, preventative and emergency cleaning requirements

- Promoting a positive, safety-focused workplace culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience leading or supervising a successful team

- Solid leadership and communication skills

- A commitment to quality and attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges

- The ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members

- Strong organisational and time management skills

Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Obtain a Working With Children Check prior to commencement

- Obtain and maintain a Joss-funded National Police Check clearance

- Hold a current driver's licence
