About the opportunity:

Turn your passion for hands-on work into a rewarding trade career! We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Printer to join our growing team in Arndell Park NSW on day shift

Reporting to the Operations/Production Manager, Cartons, you will be an integral member of the Production team.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Assist in the set-up and operation of printing presses and associated equipment.

- Learn printing processes, colour management, quality control standards and machine operation.

- Support the production team to achieve safety, quality and productivity targets.

- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping of equipment and work areas.

- Work closely with experienced Printers and team members to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.





- Contribute to all steps in our production process and practices including Quality, Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) housekeeping and Environmental control measures.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A genuine interest in manufacturing, printing and packaging.

- A willingness to learn and complete a Printing Apprenticeship.

- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.

- Be a team player that can communicate effectively across multiple work groups.

- Able to work autonomously and are self-motivated.

- To have high attention to detail and be proud of your work standard with a strong quality focus.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting will be highly regarded but is not essential.
