We're on the lookout for an experienced, driven and people focused Store Manager.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of your store. You’ll lead from the front, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and set the standard for both team performance and customer experience.

You’ll be stepping into a high-volume, high-energy space where no two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

Weekend and evening availability is essential to match our busiest trading periods.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast paced store.

- Creating standout customer service experiences that build loyalty and drive repeat business.

- Hiring, training and developing a strong and engaged team.

- Owning your roster, labour costs and team productivity.

- Working in tandem with our Training Manager on development of your team.

- Driving sales performance and KPI's.

- Managing stock, ordering and cost control with confidence.

- Maintaining exceptional standards across cleanliness, presentation and food safety.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a Store Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership role.

- Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

- A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and bring the best out of a team.

- Solid commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and costs.

- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.

- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and loves the buzz.
