Atura Oran Park is on the hunt for a Bars Manager who can lead from the front and bring our brand new beverage offering to life.

This is your chance to build something from the ground up. You'll lead, inspire and develop a bartender team performing at a world-class level, all while owning the daily rhythm of bar operations. From crafting and evolving our drinks menu to nailing the details that make guests come back, you'll set the standard for what great hospitality looks like at Atura.

It's a role built for someone who loves the buzz of a high-energy venue and knows how to blend sharp operational thinking with genuinely memorable guest experiences. Skills & Experience

- 2- 3+ years of experience in senior bar management roles within high-volume, premium hospitality venues. Hotel experience preferrable but not essential.
- Expertise in curating and managing premium cocktail, wine, and spirits programs aligned with industry trends and hotel activations.
- Ability to deliver a high-level guest experience,



exceeding expectations for clientele and hotel guests.
- Previously managed medium sized bar teams, with a focus on developing and training staff.
- Strong track record in managing beverage COGS, driving profitability through strategic pricing and promotions.
- Skilled in streamlining bar operations for maximum efficiency during peak service periods.
- Adept at planning and executing high-profile activations and events in collaboration with marketing and operations.
- Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and P&L; analysis for data-driven decision-making.
