3rd / 4th Year Apprentice or Recently Qualified Tradesperson

Rapidcool Air Conditioning & Electrical is a growing, locally owned Illawarra business, and we're looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice, or recently qualified tradesperson, to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop into a highly skilled, well-rounded tradesperson while gaining hands-on experience across Air Conditioning, Electrical, Solar & Battery systems.

Rather than doing the same work every day, you'll be exposed to a broad range of quality residential projects throughout the Illawarra, working alongside experienced tradesmen who are happy to share their knowledge and help you continue developing your skills.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll gain experience across:

- Split system and ducted air conditioning installations

- Residential electrical installations and upgrades

- Solar and battery installations

- Servicing, maintenance and fault finding

- New technology and smart home systems

- Working directly with experienced tradesmen on quality residential projects

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Is a 3rd or 4th year apprentice OR recently qualified

- Takes genuine pride in their workmanship





- Is reliable, punctual and motivated

- Has a positive attitude and is keen to keep learning

- Communicates well with customers and other team members

- Enjoys working as part of a team

- Holds a current driver's licence

- Wants to build a long-term career, not simply find their next job
