- Partner with Project Managers, Portfolio Leadership, and other change resources to manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource demand, and reporting requirements, including contributions to Enterprise Portfolio Office (EPO) stage gate submissions and governance activities.

- Support organisational change capability and readiness by participating in enterprise change forums, driving consistent change experiences across initiatives, and providing oversight of externally delivered training and learning materials where applicable.

What you will bring to the role

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, with change management certification and/or accreditation (e.g. Prosci, Change Management Institute Specialist level, Human-Centred Design, Bridges Transition Model) considered highly desirable.

- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end change management across a range of initiatives, including change impact assessments, change strategies and plans, communications and engagement, learning and training, business readiness, and change handover activities

- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and environments (Agile, Waterfall and Lean), with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.

- Proven facilitation, coaching, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with experience influencing outcomes, supporting behavioural change, and addressing complex organisational challenges.

- Well-developed business acumen, communication, and learning design skills, with experience supporting people, process, technology, and data-driven change, and successfully driving adoption, capability uplift, and business readiness outcomes.

In return some of our advantages to you

- Flexible working: work from home, part time, job share, hybrid options, and additional leave options.

- Professional development via projects, industry networks, job rotation, study assistance and more.

- Give back with up to 4 days of volunteering leave per year.
