Due to continued expansion, EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Security Officers to join our teams in the Adelaide CBD. As a Security Officer with Customer Service experience, you will be responsible for providing security services and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets. These are full-time positions, working on-site in the Adelaide CBD.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Control Panel, Access Control systems
- An understanding of WH&S; and the ability to identify & manage risks
- Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform static and rover duties
- Knowledge of how to run a Loading Dock (desirable)
- Experience with concierge services (desirable)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel desirable
- Administrative tasks as required, including checking for new paperwork, incident reports, handovers, hazard reports and client permits
About You
- Current South Australian Security Agents Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Qualified presentation suited to corporate and retail environments
- Previous security experience highly regarded
