About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated and forward-thinking Production Line Operator to join our Somerton team. Experience is great but we are happy to train the successful candidate if you are someone who show’s strong awareness, has great initiative with the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of urgency – these are all must haves to succeed in this role! We want someone who is proactive in their day to day and doesn’t wait to be told what’s next.

You’ll operate machinery (with lots of automation), monitor production, assemble products, handling chemicals, following health & safety procedure and keep things running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive team that values your effort, engagement and willingness to learn. This role suits someone who can work independently,



stay alert on the line and contribute proactively to a safe and efficient production setting.

Who We’re Looking For

· This role would be the perfect match if you:

· Are Forward thinking and able to anticipate what’s needed next

· Have some Experience in manufacturing or production

· Strong awareness on the line with a focus on safety and quality

· Take initiative and acts without waiting to be prompted

· Are Highly engaged and invested in team and production outcomes

· Demonstrates strong time management and understands the importance of urgency

· Shows genuine willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training

· Are confident working both in a team and independently

· Have willingness to learn and grow

· Hold Full work right in Australia

· Are Available Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
