What do you do?

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Create an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve key business KPIs.
- Analyse store performance and identify commercial opportunities.
- Execute visual merchandising standards that showcase the brand.
- Manage rostering,



stock control, inventory and day-to-day operations.
- Foster a positive, engaged and high-energy team culture

What do you need?

- 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager within fashion, lifestyle or specialty retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Commercially minded with experience managing sales, wages and store performance.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Visual merchandising experience with a strong eye for presentation.
- Highly organised with excellent operational and stock management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
