North West Mining & Civil (NWMC) has exciting opportunities for experienced Site Supervisors to lead our on-site teams across the Pilbara Region in our newly formed Railway Division.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Rail Operations Manager, you’ll lead on-site project teams and make sure daily operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Supervising and coordinating multiple civil and earthworks projects

- Planning and allocating labour, plant, materials, and equipment

- Managing schedules, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

- Problem-solving on site to keep projects on track

- Liaising with the Operations Manager, clients, and contractors

- Building strong working relationships across all levels of the project

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within civil or earthworks

- Railway experience highly desirable

- Strong understanding of project delivery, safety,



and scheduling

- Confident managing crews, equipment, and materials

- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with Rio Tinto site standards (advantageous)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive attitude
