Your New Role!
Reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager, the Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns that attract and engage future students.
As part of the Marketing and Communications Office (MCO), you will coordinate marketing activities across a range of digital channels, working with CRM and marketing automation platforms to support lead generation and audience engagement. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns, develop creative briefs, monitor performance and use data insights to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of targeted campaigns across web, email, paid media and other digital channels.
- Assist with lead generation activities, CRM processes and marketing automation journeys.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics, marketing technology and reporting tools.
- Coordinate the development of creative and production briefs, ensuring content is tailored to target audiences and channels.
- Use data and audience insights to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.

This Fixed Term (12 Months) | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $93K - $100K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Marketing experience with strong skills in data analysis, segmentation,
and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, GA4, and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices across multiple channels.
