An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established for-profit aged care provider as a Clinical Quality Lead, supporting multiple residential aged care homes across Sydney. Reporting directly to the Chief Governance & Compliance Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening clinical quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting services to achieve excellence.

The Opportunity

As the Clinical Quality Lead, you will partner closely with operational and clinical teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure homes remain compliant with the latest aged care standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and enhance clinical governance frameworks across multiple residential aged care homes.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to promote outstanding resident outcomes.
- Conduct on-site clinical reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support regulatory engagement.
- Analyse clinical data and translate insights into meaningful quality improvement strategies.




- Prepare governance reports and monitor quality and compliance indicators.
- Support homes in maintaining accreditation standards and achieving best-practice clinical care.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in a Clinical Quality, Quality & Compliance, Clinical Governance, or Quality Advisor role within Residential Aged Care.
- Robust understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory framework.
- Excellent auditing, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for improving resident care.
