JR Richards & Sons is looking for a reliable and safety-focused HR or HC Driver to join our Renewable Oil Services (ROS) team based in Rutherford.

This is a hands-on role operating our fleet of Pantech trucks and oil tankers, servicing mining, industrial, automotive and power generation customers throughout NSW. If you're looking for stable, long-term employment with a respected Australian company, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As part of our ROS team, you will be responsible for:

- Collecting liquid and packaged waste from customer sites

- Operating Pantech trucks and oil tankers

- Loading and unloading waste products using a forklift

- Handling hydraulic hoses, oil filters, batteries, rags and similar materials

- Operating pumping equipment for loading and unloading oil and coolant

- Completing operational documentation and records





- Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle presentation

- Contributing to a positive safety culture and team environment

Essential Requirements

- HR or HC Driver Licence

- Forklift Licence

- Strong commitment to safety

- Excellent driving history

- Ability to complete paperwork accurately

- Willingness to work overtime when required

Desirable

- Current Order 45 Medical

- Current mine site inductions

- Oil or fuel tanker experience

- Load restraint training
