About You:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent).

- Previous experience in Residential Aged Care is highly regarded.

- A compassionate, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to care.

- Reliable and committed to providing consistent care for our residents.

- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

- Understanding of documentation and reporting requirements

- A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
