About the Role:

- Deliver high-quality paediatric occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload.

- Mentor and supervise junior therapists,



fostering their professional development.

- Conduct assessments and design intervention plans for children with developmental and sensory challenges.

- Contribute to group therapy programs and community workshops.

- Engage in team-building activities, “Friday Feed” brainstorming sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA membership.

- Experience in paediatrics.

- Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior therapists/students and AHA.

- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

- A valid driver’s license and a commitment to ongoing learning.
