We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Crew Leader to lead our on-farm poultry operations across Southeast Queensland. About the Role

As a Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team of poultry workers at farm sites. You’ll ensure the job is done safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and biosecurity standards.



This is a hands-on role — you’ll be working alongside your crew, setting the pace, and making sure every job is done right driving a crew truck & all terrain forklift on farm.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading and motivating your crew on-site

- Operating and transporting forklifts between farms

- Liaising with farmers and internal teams

- Managing paperwork and fatigue compliance

- Ensuring animal welfare and hygiene standards are met

- Driving MR vehicles to and from sites

What You’ll Need

- MR driver’s licence (required)

- Forklift licence (required)

- Proven experience leading a team in a hands-on role (agriculture, logistics, or similar)

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

- A proactive, safety-first mindset

- Willingness to comply with PPE, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols

(Note: You must not keep live poultry, avian species, or pigs at your residence)
