We are currently seeking experienced Bartenders and Front of House Team Members to join the teams at Rupert & Hound and Cataract on Paterson.

You'll be working in busy, fast-paced restaurant environments and we're open to both casual and part-time availability for the right candidates. For those looking to develop their career, there are also opportunities to progress into supervisory and leadership roles as the business continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have at least six months of hospitality experience, however attitude, work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality are just as key as experience.

We're looking for people who:

- Enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

- Have strong communication and people skills.

- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

- Are confident working as part of a team.

- Take pride in their presentation and professionalism.

- Can remain calm and organised during busy service periods.

- Understand the importance of attention to detail.

- Are reliable, accountable and take ownership of their shifts.

- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Want to continue developing their hospitality knowledge and skills.

For Bartenders, experience with cocktails, spirits, beer and wine is highly regarded.





For Front of House Team Members, confidence running a section, delivering table service and engaging with guests is highly regarded.
