The Position:
Surgical Registered Nurses with experience for permanent contracts.
The Park Private Hospital is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Surgical ward team. The Positions offered are either Full or Part time. Hours to be negotiated with the successful candidates.
We welcome your application if you are a dynamic and enthusiastic nurse with outstanding clinical and communication skills willing to become an integral member of a unique surgical ward team working across a variety of specialities.
Preferably a minimum of 3 years Surgical experience however other energetic candidates will be considered.

The successful candidate will have:
- A willingness to embrace the mission and values of The Park Private Hospital.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Recent experience and clinical skills in the Surgical/Day Surgery setting.
- Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant acts, codes and standards relevant to current practice.
- Ability to foster teamwork and work cohesively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Well-developed skills to organise and prioritise workload.
- Knowledge and experience in the Quality Improvement Cycle and patient safety initiatives.
- Category A Health Care Worker - Immunisation Screening and Evidence
Desirable:
- 3 years Surgical Nursing experience
- Maxillofacial and/or Plastic Surgery experience
