We have a vacancy for an experienced Stable Hand to join our professionally run family showjumping stable based in Mount White, on the NSW Central Coast on a casual basis.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Morning and afternoon feeds
- Tacking up and untacking horses
- Mucking out stables and paddocks
- Ensuring the stable is maintained, clean and tidy
- Rugging and unrugging
- Any other stable duties as required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience with horses is essential
- Previous experience working as a stable hand is highly desirable
- Competent handling horses of all sizes including large Warmbloods
- Must be well organised and have great attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Hours and days of work are adaptable.
