Due to their continued success, a newly created vacancy is now available for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team.

This role leads the full end-to-end talent function and is pivotal in building a high-performing, compliant and engaged workforce across the business. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment activities across the business, ensuring the organisation attracts, assesses and secures high-quality talent to support operational growth, technical capability and strategic workforce needs.
This role partners closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers and functional leaders to plan recruitment requirements, manage sourcing and selection processes, strengthen candidate experience, support workforce planning, and ensure recruitment practices are consistent, compliant and aligned with SPS's values.





You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Confident partnering with hiring managers, you'll provide expert recruitment advice, source exceptional talent and build strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
With a sound understanding of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation and best-practice recruitment principles, you'll ensure fair, compliant and consistent hiring outcomes. You'll bring robust experience using Employment Hero or similar ATS platforms, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities with ease.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at their vibrant Tonsley office.
