About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Nuclear and Capability Development (NCD) Business Unit, supporting the delivery of capability development initiatives that enable ASC’s growing responsibilities across both the Collins Class and Nuclear-Powered Submarine Programs.

This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic project setting. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the successful coordination and execution of a diverse portfolio of projects that support the continued growth of ASC's nuclear and enterprise capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities to support the successful delivery of NCD programs and initiatives
- Assist in the development,



maintenance and monitoring of project schedules, plans and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, governance artefacts and reporting requirements
- Support project meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking
- Assist with project risk, issue and change management processes
- Monitor project progress and support the tracking of key milestones, actions and dependencies
- Coordinate information and updates between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communication
- Support compliance with project governance frameworks, defence requirements and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices within the NCD Business Unit

About You

- Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, project support or administration role within a complex environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience preparing project documentation, reports and meeting outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira,



SharePoint or similar (desirable)
- Understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices (desirable)
- Relevant qualification in project management, business, engineering or a related discipline (or working towards) will be highly regarded

Eligibility
