The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused experienced Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury vehicles and delivering a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom and online enquiries

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives

- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

- Follow up with clients to ensure long lasting relationships

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

- Represent the Lexus brand with professionalism and integrity

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience is required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills





- Professional presentation suitable for a luxury brand setting

- Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- Valid Australian driver's licence

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
