The coach they come back for.What You'll DoLead and deliver high-quality Padel coaching for all levels - from first-timers to competitive playersDesign and run engaging group programs, clinics, and private lessonsCoordinate school sports programs for primary and high school studentsBuild a strong player pathway - junior development through to advanced playCreate a vibrant, social on-court atmosphere that reflects the Play Nation spiritMentor and develop assistant coaches and casual coaching staffWork alongside the team to deliver events, competitions, and social play formatsHelp grow participation, retention, and community engagementBe a visible and approachable leader within the clubSupport the maintenance of the courts,
