WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Manage, coordinate, and carry out maintenance across our modern fleet of earthmoving equipment on client sites throughout the Hunter Valley
Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage contract labour when required
Plan daily activities and keep workflow and productivity on track
Perform diagnostics, breakdown repairs, and scheduled maintenance as needed
Complete inspections, manage defects, scope machine work, and handle parts ordering
Ensure all maintenance is performed safely and in line with company procedures and standards




Act as the primary decision-maker for all maintenance operations across the Hunter region
ABOUT YOU
Robust post-trade, hands-on experience with CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi equipment
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Someone who operates with integrity, takes initiative, and holds themselves accountable
A self-starter who can juggle schedules, coordinate people, and keep operations running smoothly - without needing micromanagement
Safety-focused, organised, and proactive in spotting and addressing maintenance needs
This opportunity does not suit a DIDO / FIFO arrangement and requires someone locally based in The Hunter Valley region
