We are a family owned company based at the Port of Brisbane who specialise in container packing and unpacking for shipping and transport industriesWe are currently looking to fill the role of Import Shipment Coordinator due to increased ongoing businessThis is a permanent role with Salary + Super + Holiday leave loading for the right candidate.Preferred skills and experience:Experience in documentation for import sea freightUnderstanding of shipping & storage requirements for Dangerous Goods (certificate/accreditation) advantageous but not essentialExceptional customer service skills with a high attention to detailPrevious experience using Cargo Wise or similar transport/warehousing system is preferred.Experience with XL spreadsheets is desirableUnderstanding of ABF and DAWE preferable but not essentialUnderstanding of container chain, 1 Stop and IC SPrevious experience in container transport and logistics workplace is essential.
