You will provide hands-on leadership, oversee the night audit process, maintain safety and security, and support the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.Key Responsiblities IncludeLead all overnight hotel operations and act as the primary point of contact for guests and team membersDeliver exceptional guest service, proactively resolving guest concerns and creating memorable experiencesMaintain a visible management presence and support VIP, repeat and long-stay guestsLead, coach and support overnight team members, ensuring service, presentation and operational standards are metComplete night audit, financial reconciliations and reporting accurately and on timeMonitor compliance with hotel policies, procedures, security and safety requirementsLiaise with departments to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest experienceProtect hotel assets, monitor cash handling processes and identify operational improvementsRespond to incidents, emergencies and overnight operational matters as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in a Night Manager, Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role within hospitalityStrong knowledge of hotel operations,
