upkeep and utilisation of the computerised maintenance management system (MEX)Effective maintenance of automated sortation systems and related freight handling equipment to ensure maximum throughput capacity is availableEnsure rapid repair of critical system componentsAssist in the development of appropriate maintenance procedures and schedulesEnsuring maintenance schedules are adhered to effectivelyEarly identification of electrical or mechanical faults related to sortation systemsAssist in the development of creative system improvementsExecute maintenance to the prevailing practices and proceduresSupport operational personnel in the correct usage of systems and equipmentEnsure critical spare parts are maintained in a neat and orderly mannerEnsure tools and equipment are used correctly and maintained in a safe working orderWhat you'll bringTrade Qualification as an electrician (Qld Electrical fitter / mechanics license)Flexibility to work on mechanical equipmentAbility to work autonomously - unsupervisedAbility to work within a small work teamAbility to work closely with operational personnelProven experience in a similar electrical maintenance roleAbility to participate in continuous improvement initiativesOpen Driver's licenceAn inclusive workplace, works for everyoneWe celebrate difference.
