As a Truck Sales Consultant at Peninsula Hyundai Trucks, you will play a key role in growing our commercial vehicle business by delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with recent and existing clients.
You'll be responsible for helping businesses, fleet operators, owner-drivers and government organisations find the right Hyundai Truck solutions to meet their operational needs.
This is a hands‐on sales role that combines showroom sales, customer relationship management and proactive business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sell new Hyundai Trucks to retail, business and fleet customers.
Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional advice on vehicle specifications and applications.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives where appropriate.
Prepare quotations, trade‐in appraisals and finance introductions.
Follow up leads and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.




Coordinate vehicle deliveries and provide a professional handover to customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with Hyundai Truck products, promotions and industry developments.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or B2B sales is highly regarded.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
Self‐motivated with a proactive approach to generating sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
