What you will be required to do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for labour hire roles
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Advertise, screen, interview and onboard candidates with a focus on safety and compliance
Respond quickly to client job orders, often at short notice
Collaborate with regional and national teammates to achieve targets and grow business opportunities
To be successful in the role you will:
Bring proven experience in recruitment or a client-facing role
Show resilience, pace, and a proactive attitude




Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
