We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant – Retail & Dispensary Support to become part of our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant – Retail & Dispensary Support, you'll play an important role across both the retail and dispensary areas of the pharmacy.
You'll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our pharmacists and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with over-the-counter medicines, health products and general pharmacy enquiries.
Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.




Support pharmacists with general dispensary duties under supervision.
Receive, unpack and replenish pharmacy stock while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Monitor stock levels, rotate stock and manage product expiry dates.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional pharmacy environment.
Assist with merchandising, promotional displays and maintaining an attractive retail space.
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist when appropriate.
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service and patient care.
Assist with general pharmacy operations and administrative duties as required.
About You

Highly Regarded
Previous experience in a community pharmacy or retail environment.
Experience providing dispensary support or assisting with prescription workflow.
Experience using Minfos or similar pharmacy software.
Knowledge of over-the-counter medicines and pharmacy products.
S2/S3 Medicines Training.
Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy.
Pharmacy students are encouraged to apply.
