We are always looking to increase our hotel portfolio, thus ensuring on-going career development and promotion both internal and external.What you'll be doingGreeting and serving customers in a friendly and skilled mannerAdhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulationsWorking collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experienceDelivering outstanding customer service at all timesPerforming basic maintenance and service on poker machinesHandling cash transactions accurately and responsiblyResponding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floorMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venueWhat we're looking forMust have a current Valid RSA, RCG & Advanced RCGStrong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each weekExperience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidateWhy Work With Us?
