With a strong pipeline of work and several large masterplanned communities underway, they are looking to appoint an experiencedSite Manager to oversee a flagship residential project in Sydney's Northern Beaches.Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of a large residential development from site establishment through to completion, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.The Role:Supervise the construction of a large residential housing developmentCoordinate and schedule daily site activitiesManage labour and trades, both direct and subcontractedEnsure works are completed in line with programme, budget and quality standardsLiaise regularly with the Construction Manager and key stakeholdersKeep the business updated on site progress and performanceResolve any issues on site while maintaining a safe working environmentDrive quality, productivity and customer satisfaction throughout the build processOur client is an established residential builder delivering high quality homes and medium-density residential developments across Sydney.
