We're looking for a hands‐on Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead shift operations, drive performance, and ensure customer orders are picked and delivered accurately and on time.This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, supervising team members, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.About the RoleReporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will:Lead Daily OperationsOversee shift operations in line with transport schedules and service level targetsEnsure accurate and efficient order picking and stock replenishmentAllocate labour effectively to meet operational demandsIdentify, upscale and resolve operational issuesReport on shift performance and recommend improvementsManage Costs & PerformanceControl labour and operating expenses to meet budget targetsMonitor and manage shrinkage and stock lossOversee cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracyLead & Develop Your TeamSupervise,
