We are a full-service marketing agency on the Sunshine Coast with fourteen people in-house and a client list of growth-phase businesses that want real conversions and growth-focused results.
We need someone to own performance across Meta, Google and SEO for their cleint list.
Strategy, build, optimisation, reporting, and the client conversation about all of it.
This is a hands-on senior role.
You will have the support of Senior Google Ads and SEO technician to assist implementation of your strategy, but you will still be in the ad accounts every week.

What you will actually do
Build the paid media and SEO strategy for our client portfolio, be able to explain it in plain English, then make it work
Set up the technical side properly, tracking, tags, attribution, so the numbers can be trusted
Write ad copy that gets clicked and creative that gets noticed
Optimise weekly, and be able to say why you made every change
Own monthly reporting, including the part where you explain a bad month




Sit in front of business owners and talk strategy in plain English
Direct and lift the delivery team
Use AI to take the grind out of the work, without letting it near a client without human sign-off
Who this suits
