confidentiality and professionalism at all timesAbout the RoleYou'll provide tailored assistance to individuals living with disability to help them achieve their goals and maintain independence.Support includes:Community access (shopping, outings, exercise, social visits)MALE CARER PREFERRED: This is due to participant preference and personal care requirements (personal hygiene assistance)Domestic assistance (cooking, light cleaning, laundry)Medication assistance and home therapy supportSkill development and social engagementSome manual handling requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking people with the following essential attributes:Valid QLD Driver's Licence & reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid & CPR CertificationCompletion of NDIS Worker Orientation and Infection Control TrainingStrong communication, literacy, and interpersonal skillsReliability, empathy, and professionalismAvailable to participate in afternoon shiftsWe also value:Prior experience supporting NDIS participantsA outstanding sense of humour and rapport-building abilityTech proficiency for shift documentation and communicationWhat We OfferA supportive, values-driven organisationOpportunities to work with a wide variety of clientsRespect and autonomy in your roleAbility to convert to contract working if desiredChoice of contractor or employee.
