Hughenden Mechanical Services (HMS) is looking for a motivated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop in Hughenden.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key responsibilities:Supervising and supporting workshop staffScheduling and coordinating daily workshop jobsMaintaining a protected and productive work environmentLiaising with customers and keeping them updated on repairsAssisting with job planning and workflowMaintaining high-quality workmanship and customer serviceWhat we're looking for:Experienced Diesel Mechanic ready to take the next step into a leadership roleStrong mechanical knowledge, preferably in diesel, trucks,
