The Australian Good Food Guide – Burleigh Waters QLD
12 months.
Front row seat.
No training wheels.
Ever wondered what actually happens inside a portfolio of businesses?
Not the theory. Not the slides. The real stuff.
We're offering a role for a standout Business Graduate to work side-by-side with a portfolio of internal clients, focussing on recruitment, training and special project management.
This is not a coffee-fetching internship.
(Okay — occasionally it might be. But you'll know why you're fetching it.)
What you'll actually be doing
In short: everything.
In practice, that means exposure to:
Recruitment & talent assessment
Business and financial analysis
Marketing strategy and execution
Research, note-taking, and synthesis
Sitting in on real meetings where real decisions are made
Projects that didn't exist yesterday
Errand-running that teaches you more than a lecture ever could
If it touches the MD's day, there's a good chance you'll touch it too.
Who this is for
This role is for someone who:
Is curious to the point of being annoying
Learns fast and asks smart questions
Is comfortable not having a neat job description
Wants exposure before responsibility — and responsibility soon after
Can switch between spreadsheets, conversations, and chaos without melting
You don't need to know everything. You do need to want to learn everything.
What you'll get
A full time role
Unfiltered exposure to how businesses are actually built, run, and fixed
Direct access to a Managing Director across multiple companies
More learning in one year than most grads get in five
This role is intense, varied, occasionally messy — and exceptionally educational.
The fine print
This isn't corporate.This isn't slow.This isn't for everyone.
But if you're the kind of graduate who wants a front-row seat to real business, we'd love to hear from you.
